After undergraduate studies at the University of Medicine in Tirgu Mures, Romania he performed his surgery residency at the Emergency Clinic Hospital in Bucharest under the direct leading of Prof. Ioan Lascar Phd. Md., chief of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic. There he was involved in a wide field of activities, from experimental work in laboratory and scientific research to the most demanding surgery, involving reconstructive procedures and refinements interventions for correcting the individual dimorfisms.

In the present he is doing his work, at the Emergency County Hospital in Bacau, where he is now chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department. He is certified by the Romanian, European and International Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Asociations. He has a certificate of PhD. in medicine, being the author of the monography The reparatory and reconstructive treatment in thumbs injuries possibilities and limits.
